Currently when you set a Deal label in Pipedrive or in Surfe that selection isn't being synced back and forth. I want a 2 way sync so I can see the correct Deal Label.

Every time I add a lead from Surfe to Pipedrive, I must create in the lead an activity. This could be easily automated by an option to create a task. Ideally, we should be able to select which type of activity (task, email, etc) and its name (using a pattern like ""name of the lead" - EML"), etc.
The ability to sync salesnav notes to other CRMS other than hubspot would be amazing!

"Phone number" is different property than "mobile phone number". "Phone Number" is also a built in hubspot property, but is not currently available to add as an additional field in the Surfe overlay on LinkedIn
If a user writes a linkedin post and gets lots of likes/comments, would be great to track this into the CRM. that way the user could see who are the high engagers as they are more likely to convert and reach out to them
It would be great to create a direct integration from Surfe to ClickUp. Using Google Sheets in between doesn't allow for the full use of Surfe's tools.

Please do not delete any field in Pipedrive when a contact is updated in Surfe. Also the field email most of the time, after an update, contains more emails and it is impossible to perform email automation in the CRM

Hi, as of now Surfe creates a new contact in HubSpot upon request, even with no email. We want to prevent new contacts to be created if no email found. Surfe does not prompt to check for a match first, or update any field before pushing data into the CRM.
I had been noticing that it seemed like Surfe staff had not been very active here. I looked at every feature request from the roadmap (i.e., a feature request with a pending, in progress, or shipped status), and the most recently updated ones were from April 2023.
Additionally, there a number of stale feature requests (i.e., features have been released that make those old requests moot) or requests that should be merged.
Surfe staff should actively use and update the feature requests and roadmap.
Provide the ability to multi-select contacts for enabling messages sync.
Given that LinkedIn is commonly used on mobile phones and other devices than a computer, it would be great to be able to see the interconnectivity of Surfe on other devices than a laptop.
