No way of using Surfe on an iPad.
Often, Surfe create a new company while a compagny already existed.
I need to merge the 2 companies manually on pipedrive then.
Add the ability to specify when to send the message to a specific person.
Example 1:
The lead sent you a message asking you to remind him about something next week or next month. You just create a message for that period with the reminder and forget about it. No need to create new tasks to do something. It saves time.
And also, be able to choose if to cancel message sending automatically in case the lead send you any new message after scheduling, or anyway send it on a schedule.
Example 2:
Is there a way to change 'Open in CRM' to open in current CRM tab that's already open, rather than creating new tab each time?
ie. If I already have pipedrive open - I don't want it to open a new browser tab each time I click on a person.
Ability to assign/remove multiple labels to lead/contact with Pipedrive rather than just 1. Pipedrive allows to add multiple labels.
Similar to Hublead's implementation, make separate Hubspot activity timeline events for LinkedIn invite sent event and LinkedIn invite accepted event.
Sometimes a hubspot contact record only is an email address and has no first name, last name, or LinkedIn URL. These records do not appear as an option for linking when searching in Surfe for contacts to link from LinkedIn profile page
Add the ability to sync to CapsuleCRM.

Just got intro'd to a prospect via a group chat w/ a partner, but not seeing an option to sync chat!
Need to define/recommend field types (short text, long text, phone, etc) on the CRM mapping setup. Currently, users utilize the mapping page to create new fields in CRM that can map to Surfe. Unless the fields are created as the same type as Surfe, these cannot be mapped. It's trial and error to see if CRM fields show up as a mapping option.
When doing a lot of Surfing, it can be tough to go back and identify which contacts Surfe created/updated inside the CRM.
The new export report is a start, but would love to be able to do any the below
a) create a Hubspot List add contacts as they are updated/modified
c) add a note to the Contact indicating that the lead was created/updated by Surfe and what was modified
c) download the export/enrichment history as a CSV (ideally including the CRM IDs)
When using the bulk export tool, would love to able to set values for other fields to apply to the selected contacts.
Ex. Select 20 contacts to export to Hubspot and update them all with the same 'Contact Owner' and 'Persona' properties
Add the ability to use the bulk export from Sales Nav search results to also add contacts to sequences and/or lists
As most of sales activities on LinkedIn goes with contacts but in our CRM we decided to have the Company as the main entity it would be awesome to see properties from Companies (as Tab same as with Deals) to directly modify properties of the compan.y. this would speed up our process like crazy.
Ability to add/change/delete templates without having to be in a message window.
Create a Trello card from within LinkedIn. This would be super powerful. A lot of small businesses / solopreneurs use a Trello board as their CRM (as well as their task manager)
Add contacts or companies to static (HubSpot) lists directly from surfe.
When I want to add a task on my CRM it would be great to have some level of costumization (For example, add completed task for linkedin connection request by user)
The same as already included on contact level, it would be great to be able to create tasks on company level in the LinkedIn mask
It would be great if contacts that had job, title or email changes were updated automatically (so I don't have to manually update them in the side bar)
